- Each item on its own line, with quantity, unit price and total
- Discounts and tax shown separately, so the total has no surprises
- How long the price holds, with a “valid until” date
- Terms in plain words: delivery time, payment, what’s not included

Is the quote maker really free?
Yes. There’s no account, no trial and no limit on how many quotes you download. Each PDF carries a small “Powered by Cotiza” line at the bottom.
Where is my information stored?
Only in your own browser. Your business details and the quote you’re working on are saved on this device so they’re there next time. Nothing is sent to Cotiza’s servers.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WEBP image and it appears at the top of the preview and the PDF.
Which languages and currencies can I use?
The quote can be in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch, in any currency. Labels, dates and number formats follow the language you pick.
What’s the difference with the Cotiza app?
