Questions
Do I need Shopify Plus or a specific plan?
No. Cotiza works on any Shopify plan. Draft orders use Shopify's standard Admin API, which isn't limited to Plus.
Will this change my storefront or checkout?
No. Cotiza lives in your Shopify admin and never touches your theme or checkout. When a client accepts, the quote becomes a normal draft order you handle the way you already do.
What does my client see?
Only their quote, on a private link: the items, totals, notes and buttons to accept or decline. They don’t need an account, and they never see your other quotes or clients.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can send real quotes and create draft orders before you’re charged. Billing goes through your Shopify invoice.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Quotes, PDFs and the client page work in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. Set a store default and change it per quote. Any currency your store uses works.
What happens to my quotes if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your quotes stay as they are and you go back to the Free plan’s limit of 3 new quotes a month.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Cotiza uses your Shopify staff accounts, so anyone with access to the app in your admin can create and manage quotes. There’s no per-seat pricing.
Is my clients’ data safe?
Client details stay in Shopify; Cotiza reads them when needed instead of keeping its own copy. Each quote link uses a long random code that can’t be guessed.
